Cambridge Country Manor LTC

The redevelopment of this Long-Term Care Facility will bring the existing building up to current Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care design requirements and provide new expanded facilities.

Phase 1 of the redevelopment involves the construction of a 50,000 square foot building expansion and will provide 64 single resident rooms, lounge and activity spaces, staff break and education areas, and new kitchen and laundry service spaces.

Phase 2 involves renovating and upgrading the existing building to house 31 residents in full compliance with the new Ministry of Health standards.
