This project consists of two 7-storey apartment condominium buildings and a below grade parking structure. The complex includes 89 one- and two-bedroom apartments, lounge areas, a media room, and an outdoor landscaped area complete with a communal gazebo.

The first building was completed in 2012, with the second building occupied in December 2018.
