This 25,000 ft² two-storey office building has been commissioned by Vesterra Property Management to provide high-quality office space over two floors.  The building will be located on the south side of Bingemans Centre Drive on the northeast side of Kitchener, on the last undeveloped lot of the Grand River West Business Park.

Total net area is 20,900 square feet.

Conditional Site Plan Approval has been granted and construction is due to start in late Spring 2016.
