After being ‘In the Business’ in Wellington County for over 40 years, Jim Fryett left Elora for the west coast in April 2023. Jim started the office as a Sole Practitioner in Guelph, then for a period worked with eight staff in the basement of his house in Elora, and finally moved the firm to the purpose-built office that we still occupy in Metcalfe Street in 2005.

Over that time, he was involved in countless construction projects of all types, all over southwest Ontario. He built a reputation for his deep understanding of the development process, excellent design, and close long-term client relationships.
He leaves us to live in Surrey, BC, near to his two daughters and three grandchildren.
