Located at 245 Hanlon Creek Boulevard, within the Hanlon Creek Business Park, this new 3 storey office building was completed in fall 2021.

The 7,000 square meter building was designed with wide bays to provide abundant natural light, a two storey main entrance and durable masonry materials. The design also integrated energy efficient design practices including solar glazing, energy saving HVAC units and environmentally friendly storm water run-off methods.

The building was fully let prior to completion and will provide Head Office facilities for three major professional corporations.
