OFA Offices
Hanlon Creek Boulevard
Guelph, Ontario
As a growing organization, The Ontario Federation of Agriculture wanted to expand their headquarters. The two-storey office building was designed to meet their requirements and to also pay homage to their farming heritage. This non-combustible building features offices, lunchroom, meeting rooms and expansion space on the second floor. The exterior has a phenolic panel feature that resembles a gambrel roofed barn.
As of spring 2022, the OFA has plans to expand into the upper floor spaces to accommodate their growing business.
