Two abandoned buildings in the north end of Kitchener have been demolished to make way for this new stacked townhouse development. A total of 28 units will be contained within two three-storey buildings. There is a mixture of single and two level apartments.

Unit types include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den. Large windows are incorporated into the units to provide an abundance of natural light. Upper units are provided with balconies. Lower units have individual garden areas. High quality exterior building materials are combined with modern details to give these townhouses a contemporary look.

The buildings were constructed using a panelized wood-frame system for speed of construction. The project was completed in January 2018.
