This 1910 shoe factory had been under-utilized for 15 years and has undergone extensive renovations to provide high quality loft-style office space.

The 30 500 square foot building has been thoroughly renovated, including removal of old internal partitions, brick repairs, new windows and complete new Mechanical and Electrical systems. Within the historic brick and wood structure, washrooms have been updated to include full barrier free access, and a new entrance porch has been added with an accessible lift.

The interior space as been preserved to highlight the original building structure of the heavy timber columns and exposed masonry.
