This mixed use development provides Retail, office and rental residential accommodation above a 56-space below-grade parking garage.

The two-storey building includes a 8,000 square foot grocery store with office space above. The Residential block comprises six storeys of one- and two bedroom apartments above ground floor retail space.

Both blocks provide important new streetscape facing King Street. What was once a brownfield site in downtown Kitchener will become a vibrant community from top to bottom.
