This addition to an existing low voltage facility allowed Nexans Canada to move its distribution facility from Milton to Fergus and streamline its operations.

The 127,050 sq.ft addition includes warehouse space with racking, offices, staff change room, lunch room, washrooms, Janitor’s Room, fire pump room, and six loading docks. Exterior storage and truck access were also important in the design.
