This new apartment building will provide 18 two bedroom suites on the south-east corner of Metcalf & McQueen streets in Woodstock, ON.

The project will feature a parking garage on the ground floor, landscape terraces, Juliet balconies and a roof-top terrace. This development is intended to encourage urban renewal and intensification in the downtown core of the city.

The building will be constructed using a panelized cold-formed steel frame system for speed of construction.
