Within the small community of Salem, on a 2.2 acre site, a three phase project has been designed and is nearing completion.

Phase 1 of work was the construction of a 2 story duplex at the north west corner of the site. The duplex completed construction in Summer of 2018.

Phase 2 was the first of two condominium buildings on the site consisting of 30 one- and two-bedroom units, some with lofts. The condominium units were occupied in Summer of 2017.

The now completed final, 36 suite phase of development provides similar units and faces west over the Elora Gorge and provides an impressive façade to Geddes Street.
