This 27-unit apartment building was designed for a long-established local rental company to replace an existing structure. It includes a mix of one-bedroom apartments around 730 sq.ft. and two-bedroom apartments at 930 sq.ft.

Although intended for the affordable market, both interior and exterior were completed to a high standard of finish. The basement contains resident’s storage space and 1,800 square feet of communal amenity space.
