Phase 1 of the expansion and remodelling of the Erinview Retirement Home was completed for Sifton Retirement Living in 2020. The building provides 58 retirement residence suites as the first phase of a projected 132-unit Retirement facility.

The units are designed for independent living in accordance with all of the ministry of health requirements. The building consists of Studio, 1 bedroom and two bedroom suites, all fully accessible and designed for ease of use for the tenants. The exterior of the building provides a timeless look through the use of stone, brick and curtain wall.
