Fryett Turner Architects designed the complete remodelling of an existing retail building on Metcalf Street in Woodstock as an expansion of the Woodstock / Oxford Regional Campus of Fanshawe College.

Interior work included the addition of an Elevator and opening up a full basement for classrooms. The exterior gained an updated look with a more modern aesthetic through the use of vertical ribbon windows and updated exterior materials.

The renovation provided 8,000 square feet of fully accessible classroom and student space.
