Through selling their previous building and severing part of the property the Guelph Legion funded the construction of a new Legion hall.

This one-storey accessible building includes a large lounge, a community hall, a billiard’s room, a large commercial kitchen complete with walk-in cooler, a bar, office spaces, a boardroom, and required washroom and mechanical spaces.

The tight construction budget for this project was successfully managed through the employment of a construction manager.
