Tottenham Community Centre Addition

Based on a competition winning design-build proposal this addition added 18,600 square feet to an existing arena and community centre. The focus of the addition is a new fitness facility complete with running track housed in a new pre-engineered building.

Other amenities include a new main entrance, a new lobby, a seniors’ room, a youth room, an aerobics room, and change facilities for the fitness centre. 

A second addition to this building added an ice pad to this single pad arena. Work included the installation of an outdoor 60’ x 145’ artificial ice surface complete with dasher boards; the erection of a roof structure covering this ice surface; and the construction of a 2500 square foot building containing change rooms, washrooms, storage, and a refrigeration room.
