As part of the expansion of the town of Listowel, this 83,000 s.f. apartment building is the first phase in a planned mixed-use development on Highway 23 at the south end of the town.

The building will provide 89 residential apartments from Bachelor (425 s.f.) to two-bedroom (up to 950 s.f.) in a five-storey building. The project encompasses the whole 4.6 acre site and Phase 1 will include a 3,400 s.f. ‘Club House’ Amenity Building. Phase 2 will see 14,000 s.f. of Commercial space on the Mitchell Street side of the lot, and Phase 3 will be the construction of a second 5-storey apartment building.

Construction of Phase 1 will start in November 2024 and has a budget of $22.5 million.
