A major remodeling and expansion of the 1960s Parkview Motel at the north end of Guelph has provided Supportive Housing for people in long-term housing distress or homelessness.

The project, by Stepping Stone Guelph, saw 37 motel rooms converted to 32 en-suite apartments, with a new entrance, common area and office at the intersection of Marilyn Drive and Woolwich Street.
