Shimco Canada Ltd. required a new facility to accommodate an expansion of their operations, manufacturing high-precision components for the aerospace industry. The building accommodates 4,800 square feet of office and support areas in addition to 14,300 sq.ft. of new factory space. Special vibration-proof foundations were required for two new CNC production machines.

The exterior of the building was designed to express the precision of the company`s products, within the constraints of a tight budget.
