Sunrise Therapeutic Riding and Learning Centre is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with special needs by providing therapy, sport, recreation, and life skills building programs centered around farming and horseback riding.

The proposed residential building will provide affordable living through the single-storey development. The building includes 14 studio apartments, six respite suites for short-term residents, activity, and teaching spaces. Support to residents will be facilitated by staff who will be provided with a new administrative wing within the building.

The Sunrise team is currently campaigning for funding support. Construction will begin once the funding goals are met.
