This building, on a 6.7 acre site overlooking the Cataraqui River, will provide 149 affordable apartments for rental. Most of the units will be 1-bedroom, and a large proportion will be fully accessible.

The structure and envelope will use a proprietary precast concrete floor and wall system developed by Newton Group of Guelph. The system is designed to provide exceptional energy efficiency as well as rapid construction.

The project is going through the Site Plan Approval process and construction is expected to start in Fall / Winter 2026.
