James Fyrett Architect Inc. is delighted to be working with Mountainview Homes on the design of three new mid-rise apartment buildings.

Located in the new ‘River Estates’ subdivision at Fonthill, Ontario, the three 50-unit apartment buildings will feature high quality building materials such as wood paneling, brick and stone facades with feature copper roofs. The development will provide covered parking on the ground floor and generous balconies for each unit. This project is at the forefront of the expansion and intensification of the Town of Pelham.

The developer is  aiming for construction to begin late 2017.
