This three-storey multi residential project is 3,926m2 in area and will provide a total of 30 one-, two- and three-bedroom residential condominium units. The project is located within Terraview Homes ’Nima Trails’ development in the northeast of Guelph and allows for views of the Natural Heritage System to the North of the site.

The project sits on an irregularly shaped lot, and required Zoning minor variances for angular plane and setbacks. The project will be constructed using the Kiwi Newton precast structural system.
