Construction is due to start in winter 2024 on this 4-storey mixed-use building at the heart of downtown Elora. The completed project will include 18 apartments for rental and 5,200 square feet of commercial space on the Ground Floor.

This will be Centre Wellington’s first modern four-storey building and signals a renewed confidence in the future prosperity of the Town.
