This 5-storey, 59-unit apartment building was completed in September 2024, as the first phase of a proposed 3-building development at Walkerton, in Bruce County.

The building was designed & constructed to near Net Zero standard, with an all-electric Heat Pump HVAC system and a large PV solar array on the roof. The units are one- and two- bedrooms from 670 to 1012 square feet.

The development includes a 3,900 square foot Amenity Building which is intended to form the hub of the community and also accommodate the management offices.
