This proposed development is situated in the prime location of a waterfront property on the Grand River in the heart of Elora. The design, while of its time, reflect the rhythm and materiality of the heritage area, ensuring it fits with the eclectic nature of Elora’s downtown area.

The development includes the construction of a new mix-use building with three commercial units and 18 residential units supported by structured parking below the first floor.

It also includes the restoration of an existing stone heritage building which has been hidden by years of industrial use and unsightly additions. Upon the building’s restoration it will be transformed into a new restaurant with waterfront views and scenic gardens. A modest new addition will provide private event space, new kitchen facilities, and an elevator for all to enjoy what is sure to be a vibrant addition to Elora.
