Construction of blocks One Twenty and One Eighteen at Summersides Boulevard in Fonthill is complete.

The buildings contain 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments with a communal Amenity Room, extensive outdoor landscaped areas, and below-grade parking.

One Forty Mountainview will be the next block under construction. The project was named Community Development of the Year by the Niagara Home Builders’ Association in 2021.
