One Twenty is the first of three apartment condominium buildings to be constructed on this site near Welland, ON.

The building is approaching completion and contains 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments with a communal Amenity Room, and extensive outdoor landscaped areas and below-grade parking. The second block, this time with 63 apartments, is due to start construction in June 2022.
