We are currently working on the construction drawings for this 25,500 s.f. Mixed-use building to be constructed at the east end of the Fergus Central Business District.

The project will provide 21 one- and two-bedroom apartments for Rental, along with 1,800 s.f. of commercial space on the ground floor. This will be the first 5-storey building in Downtown Fergus and will be located on an underused site. It is one of several urban intensification projects we are working on and it will provide much-needed residential rental accommodation.
