Construction of Phase 1 of a 4.6 acre Mixed use development has started at Mitchell & Twamley St. in Listowel. The first Phase includes an 89-unit rental apartment building and 3,400 s.f. Amenity Building. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2026 and it has a budget of $22.5 million.
