Recently completed, just a block away from FTA’s office, is this Stacked Townhouse development at 27 Moir Street, Elora. The building provides 12 townhouse units for rental on a quiet side street within the Elora Heritage Area.
The building shell was constructed using Insulated Concrete Form walls and precast concrete floor slabs, by Konia Masonry, with the owner’s own forces fitting out the suites.
