We are delighted to announce that our recently completed 90-unit residential building in Mississauga has won the ‘Mid to High Rise Residential – Precast’ in the 2024 Concrete Ontario Awards. We will be at the Awards Ceremony at the Woodbridge Paramount Event Space on December 11th.

Thanks are due to Thornton Thomasetti (Structural Engineer), Stubbe’s Precast, Melloul-Blamey Construction and of course, the client Canahahns Company Limited.

The building was occupied in October 2024, following a 16 month construction period.
