The 59-unit rental Apartment building at East Ridge Road in Walkerton, which we designed for W T Land LP, was completed in October 2024 after a rapid 14-month construction period. The building is the first of a phased development of rental apartments in Walkerton and provides much-needed rental accommodation in this growing town.
The building provides one- and two-bedroom apartments and was constructed using ICF walls and precast concrete floor slabs. The site also includes an Amenity Building which will form a community hub for the residents, as well as management offices for the building.
