On November 5th 2015, Waterloo Region Home Builders’ Association held their 20th annual Sales and Marketing Awards of Distinction. Aberdeen Homes was presented with the award Grand SAM Reurbanization Project for their outstanding work on 48 River Road East, Kitchener Ontario. James Fryett Architect Inc. designed the condominiums and are proud of the continuing success of this project. This is not Aberdeen Homes first SAM award, they also earned Builder Member of the Year 2011-2012.
