We are pleased to announce that James Fryett Architect Inc. has been chosen by the non-profit organization Community Homes Group to design two multi-storey affordable apartment buildings at King St E. and Sheldon Ave. N in Kitchener, ON.

The first of the two buildings will house approximately 40 one bedroom units along with supporting care and common spaces. The second building will consist of approximately 18 mixed units of bachelor, one, two and three bedrooms as well home to office, community and supportive spaces on the ground floor. These completed residences will support many in search of affordable housing.
