Construction started in October 2024 on this 13,500 s.f., two storey office for the rapidly-expanding Salford Farm Machinery factory in Southwest Oxford County. The building will be constructed by Newton Structures of Guelph, using an all-precast floor and wall system of their own design.

The company has been on this site, at the intersection of Highway 19 and McBeth Road, for 46 years. They have recently been acquired by the Linamar Group, and the new office will provide modern, energy-efficient accommodation for their Design, Sales, Maintenance and administration functions.
