After completing feasibility and schematic design phases James Fryett Architect Inc. has contracted with Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Homes Limited to complete a major expansion and renovations to their Cambridge Country Manor Long-Term Care Home.

The first phase of the project is an expansion to the existing building to create two new Resident Home Areas along with a new main entrance, common spaces for residents, office, staff support spaces, kitchen, laundry, and other service spaces.

Phase two involves renovating the existing building to meet current Long-Term Care Home Design Manual Standards. The redevelopment of this facility is intended to provide an enhanced environment for living and care.
