James Fryett Architect Inc. and Reid’s Heritage Homes are pleased to announce that footings and foundations are underway at Grange Hill Point in Guelph for the first of two mid-rise apartment buildings to be erected on site. The building underway will provide 52 residential suites with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom units with ample storage and amenity space at basement level. The buildings have been designed complement the neighboring single family homes with pitched roofs and masonry exterior finishes, but also with more contemporary materials and colour choices.

It is expected that ground will be broken on the second building in the fall and completion of the first building is expected in the fall of 2018.
