Seven years after the completion of Phase1, Construction of Phase 2 is underway at 778 Laurelwood Drive in Waterloo. Phase 2 will see the completion of the second residential apartment building at Activa’s ‘Reflections at Laurelwood’ development. This 89 apartment building and the adjacent new underground parkade will complete the development.

The new building continues the traditional architectural style of Phase 1, with stone and brick exterior finishes, suite balconies and sloping metal roofs. Apartments will consist of a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom suites ranging from 681 to 1186 square feet. Completion is expected in the fall of 2018.
