James Fryett Architect Inc. has been chosen by Reid’s Heritage Homes to design two mid-rise apartment buildings at the corner of Eastview Road & Summit Ridge Drive in Guelph, ON.

Located within a newly developed residential neighbourhood, the design of the two buildings connects to the architecture of the surrounding community with pitched roofs, and masonry exterior finishes. The sloping site allows for walk-out units and outdoor amenity space.
